Peter Shisia. Lwanga is chief executive officer and Vice president, and a member of the Board of Directors of JICTS Technical Specialist Company Limited in South Sudan. A Community Health Development specialist, with more than 7 years of experience in leadership roles in Program Management, Monitoring and Evaluation and Research. Shisia served as assistant project Coordinator at FAWE Kenya chapter for four counties.
I amassed a wealth of experience having served in different capacities across various organizations. Over the past four years, I served both as a Research Manager and Project Manager, both positions exposed and enhanced my leadership, project management, people management, coordination, and data management skills. I leveraged teamwork and technology to meet deliverables for various engagements assigned.
During his tenure at Great minds mentorship Peter demonstrated a strong track record in initiating and leading change, driving results, strengthening operational risk and compliance, and innovating amid a rapidly evolving economic empowerment for women. As the research manager for SBIS research study, Shisia managed data in a systematical manner and ensured analysis and data management for the study.
Previously, he was a Field enumerator for APHRC and did research for IOM. He also was monitoring and evaluation officer of MTAA Kenya and administrator for AFEX UN OCHA in Juba South Sudan. Shisia earned a degree in BSc. Community Health and Development from the Great Lakes University of Kisumu and an ongoing master student at Juba university.
